Our products collect different information depending on which product you use.

1.1 Trendy Lister Authentication Information

• Authentication tokens for accessing the Trendy Lister service
• eBay OAuth credentials for marketplace integration
• Login session information

1.2 Trendy Lister Marketplace Data

• Product listings you choose to import (titles, descriptions, prices, sizes, brands, categories)
• Product images from listings you import
• URLs of listings you choose to import
• Marketplace-specific information needed for cross-listing

1.3 Trendy Lister Settings

• Your preferences for the Extension (default markup, auto-detect categories, notification settings)
• Usage statistics to improve our service

1.4 Hushwave Product Analytics and Crash Diagnostics

Hushwave may collect limited, non-identifying product interaction data and crash diagnostics to improve app reliability and understand feature usage. Events may include app launches, onboarding completion, sound playback, mix creation, mix saving, sharing, paywall views, purchase completion, restore taps, and sleep-session start/completion markers.

Hushwave uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for product analytics and crash reporting.

Hushwave does not collect microphone audio, raw motion samples, precise sleep/wake times, or personally identifying sleep details for analytics. Hushwave does not require microphone access.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide our core cross-listing functionality between marketplaces
• Authenticate you with our service and integrated marketplaces
• Store and manage your imported listings
• Upload and store images related to your listings
• Improve and optimize the Extension's functionality
• Troubleshoot issues and provide customer support

• Measure Hushwave launch health, feature usage, and app stability

3.1 Service Providers

• Backblaze B2 for cloud storage of listing images
• Firebase Analytics for Hushwave product analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics for Hushwave crash diagnostics
• Our own API server for processing and managing listing data

These service providers have access to your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

3.2 Marketplace Integration

When you use our Extension to interact with marketplaces (such as eBay, Poshmark), information will be exchanged between our service and those marketplaces as necessary to provide the functionality you request.
